3.23 History of Fax Server database updates

When the database is updated the new records are added. The Fax Server

Access System application keeps a history of all the records that have been

downloaded from each separate Fax Server in order to be able to add the

new faxes only.

In some situations it can be useful to update the database with faxes from a

certain date onwards. The Fax Server Access System has that option and it

works as follows:

• Select Options in the menu.

• Select the Link to Fax Servers tab.

• Select the start date in the calendar to the right.

• Click the button of the selected Fax Server to the left.
