The “Default User” drop box contains the list of user’s profiles.

In this example the users 1 through 4 have been created. Normally the

Network administrator will use your name as username.

Select your own name from the list.

If your user profile is not in the list contact your system administrator. Login

accounts on the Fax Server are created with the FaxServer Setup

application.

2.2.3 Configuration of fax transmission settings

Select the sending Tab. The sending options are also available while

sending a fax.

The default fax transmission settings of the Fax Server can be determined

with the settings for sending.

You can always change these settings when sending a fax by selecting this

tab again.
